Elderberry- Stock full of Vitamin C, Elderberry has traditionally been used to fight against the flu and common cold.
Garlic, Honey and Lemon Tea
8 cloves crushed garlic, simmered in 2 c. of water for 20 minutes
Strain
Add into the strain water:
the juice from one lemon
honey to taste
Sip throughout the day, or drink 1/2 c. every hour.
This tea is very soothing for a sore throat.
Coconut Oil- Coconut oil in a wonderful immune booster! It also is known to boost your metabolism and has anti fungal properties.
Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to the above tea to add an immune boost.
