Whole Wheat Breakfast Bars

Ingredients:
6 c. wheat flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, make a well in the center of the bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine honey, oil, and water. Mix well and then add to dry ingredients and stir until mixture forms a thick, crumbly/stiff dough.
3. Grease 2 9x13 pans. Put half of dough in each pan and press flat.
4. Bake @ 400 degrees for 13-18 minutes. Allow to cool. Slice and remove from pans.

*Store in an airtight container*

Usually, I freeze one pan of the bars. To freeze I slice the bars and then wrap in freezer paper and put into ziplock bags.
